1:1 Embodied Spiritual Direction

These sessions are a space to listen—deeply and honestly—to what is moving within you.

Rooted in both spiritual direction and gentle, intuitive movement, we begin with the body: breath, sensation, stillness. From there, we follow what arises—grief, questions, clarity, resistance, longing.

This is not about fixing or performing. It is about tending to your inner life with care, curiosity, and presence.

You do not need to have language for what you are feeling. We will find it together

Cost per session: $150

* I deeply believe that spiritual care should be accessible to everyone. If you're navigating financial constraints, I am committed to finding a solution that honors your circumstances.

Sessions may include:

  • Gentle movement or stillness (optional and adaptable)

  • Breath and body awareness

  • Reflective conversation and spiritual inquiry

  • Space for grief, transition, or discernment

This space is open to:

  • those navigating grief or loss

  • those feeling spiritually in-between

  • those seeking a deeper relationship with their body and inner knowing

GROUP SPIRITUAL DIRECTION & OPENINGS

I offer small-group spiritual direction spaces for those seeking to listen more deeply to their inner life in community.

These gatherings are a practice of shared reflection, presence, and meaning-making. While each person’s journey is their own, we sit together in a field of attention—listening for what is moving through grief, transition, faith, doubt, and becoming.

These spaces are for those who are:

  • moving through grief or transition

  • questioning or deepening their spiritual life

  • seeking a slower, more intentional form of reflection

  • longing for community in processes that often feel isolating

Spots are limited and offered in small groups to maintain depth and care.

My desire is to create space where spirituality meets everyday rituals. Rooted in faith and curiosity, we honor the sacredness of the body and the mystery of the unknown. I invite you to embrace transformation, celebrate joy, and explore the divine through ancestral memory, deep listening, and somatic awareness.
