Sunday Church Flow
Every Sunday, starting March 29th
A Sunday sanctuary for those who long for Spirit outside of traditional church.
For some of us, church was a place of belonging.
For others, it was a place we outgrew, or were asked to leave.
And still — the longing for the sacred remains.
Sunday Church Flow is a space to gather, breathe, move, and remember
that Spirit lives within the body.
The mat becomes the altar.
Breath becomes prayer.
Movement becomes praise.
Location: Online (Zoom)
Duration: 60 minutes
